OptiPlex 5050 and Latitude 5480 - Windows 10 OS

My agency is currently working on preparations to rollout Windows 10 on the OptiPlex 5050s and Latitude 5480 equipment with Windows 10. I'm currently unable to find any documentation on Imaging Recommendations for this equipment. Nothing that says whether they need to be configured in Legacy or UEFI modes, nothing. I'm trying to see if anyone else is having issues with getting their equipment imaged properly with Windows 10 Pro x64 version 1703. I'm using MDT 2013 Update 2 and I'm running into issues with the AutoLogin not working, for starters, and once I log in manually, the task sequence is not resuming properly. I've noticed that in order to make this work, I've had to go in and manually turn off the firewall and disable defender, then reboot the system. Once I've logged back in manually, the task sequence will resume. Any ideas?
