L.BINNO,

There were other reports that the ISO Download site was experiencing issues. I reported the problem but have not heard if it is resolved. Have you been able to download the iso?

Hi Jesse

Thanks for response

RE WINDOWS 10 RECOVERY ISO DOWNLOAD ISSUE
I deleted the last download and did another one
They take a very long time - a day and a half on my system - drops right down to 1kbps after a period of time. Sharing a node here with about 8 people so usually a bit slow but not usually 1kbps.

So now i have another version of the iso - 9663HA00_W10x64ROW_home(DL)_v3
The download page showed me a tick again and said the download was 6.519 GB
But once again, the actual file size is less than that - 5.52 GB

Here is a breakdown of the files that show up when you click the iso file - it lists some folders and 2 files

Folders:and their properties

boot folder . . .  ..  16.6MB . . . . . 24 files, 3 folders
drivers folder . .. . 632 MB . . . . . 453 files,  69 folders
efi folder . . . . . . .19.3MB . . . . . .24 files, 5 folders
servicesstack folder . . . . 11.7MB . . . . . 1 file, 0 folders
Sources folder . . . .  5.13GB . . . . 43 files, 3 folders
updates folder . . .  573 MB . . . . 1 file, 0 folders
bootmgr file . . . . 390KB
bootmgr.efi file . . . 1.09M
-----------------------------------------------------------
Total by my calcs: 6.384 GB

Is there a way to know if this download is ok?
Is there another way to do this?

Cheers L

l.binno,

It looks as though all the needed files are listed. Try it out and see.
