Reinsalling Windows 7 without Recovery, Backup and CD's

Hey guys! I need help! I recently bought a laptop (Dell Precision M4600) through Offerup. I got the laptop but, no Windows 7 Pro installation disk along with the factory installed drivers disk. They installed Windows 10 and I don't like it. I did the Reset thinking it would reinstall Windows 7 and it completely deleted everything drivers and all (oh I didn't do the back up) it reinstalled Windows 10 and now its running slow, it loads up slow, I can't download from Windows Store, if I do download a program it take forever. Watching videos it freezes and it refreshes on its own or it will kick me off of the internet.  I tried the Support Chat but the Warranty is expired! I submitted a Warranty Extension Request a couple days ago, I haven't heard anything yet.

How can I reinstall Windows 7 Pro 32bit and all the drivers and software the laptop came with?

Like Windows 10 or not, support for Windows 7 is ending January 2020.

"reseting" whatever that means won't get you Windows 7 back

How do you know that Windows 7 came originally with it?

If your PC was shipped with Windows 7 pre-installed on it, you can download the Recovery os iso image from here: https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/drivers/osiso and install Windows 7 on your computer.

Get a Good Quality USB 2 flash drive either 16 or 32 gigs.

Make a Dell Recovery USB stick.

I also Recommend Macrium Reflect

Any reason why you are using 32 Bit opposed to 64 Bit Windows? That system should perform with 64 Bit as it is likely to have more than 4 GB of RAM. Windows 7 reaches end of life in January 2020 so you are ill advised to reinstall it. You are unlikely to get support for a long out of warranty system. Your best course of action would be to replace the Hard Drive in the system with a 250 GB or superior Solid State Drive and perform a clean install of the latest build of Windows 10. Windows 10 tends to crank up Disc Usage to 100 % on old mechanical Hard Drives bringing performance to a standstill. Your system's service manual is here: http://downloads.dell.com/Manuals/all-products/esuprt_laptop/esuprt_precision_mobile/precision-m4600_service%20manual_en-us.pdf You can get the part from Crucial: https://uk.crucial.com/gbr/en/compatible-upgrade-for/Dell/precision-m4600 To Download and Clean Install Windows 10 see my instructions here: https://dellwindowsreinstallationguide.com/windows-oem-faqs-and-downloads/ Instructions are also available for Windows 7 in the above link.

The drivers are in a single cab file that you can extract to the documents folder via 7zip

Windows 7 SP1 DELL OEM DVD's are no longer available.
