The touchscreen on my Dell Inspiron 7559 stopped working

Hi,
Thank you for writing to us!
Can you check the following:
1- Check if the touch is disabled.
2- Update the touch drivers.
3- Screen/touch calibration
4- Use external mouse to highlight something on the screen. Use external keyboard to scroll up/
down

Thanks for the reply but I will not need assistance as the touchscreen began working again. Don't know why but it is. I had shut down and powered up more than once but for some reason it works again. Thank you
