I have not been able to login since upgrading from Windows7 to Windows10 on my DT DELL OPTIPLEX 3020 462-3548 R.

Kindly perform a clean installation from the previous version of Windows.Once the clean re-installation is done kindly let all the update run and down turn off the system until its completely done.
I'm having same problem...only have blue screen with trouble shoot options, none of which work. Cannot get to desktop, no log in screen, and nothing in response to troubleshooting will work. Will not let me go back to previous build...says there is not one. Dell Inspiron 620. Any suggestions please? Pat crown
