1. Automatic Windows 10 upgrade on July 12th.
2. Since then, can get to log-in screen, but....
3. Sometimes get the black screen of death (no icons or anything)
4. Sometimes get a bright pink screen that is in a hibernating loop which you cannot get out of without rebooting computer.
Have tried to boot up in Safe Mode, but cannot get there.
Have gone into F2 for Setup. No Help.
Have attached external monitor. The external monitor reflects what is on the Dell computer screen.
Have searched online for what to do with black screen of death. Cannot use computer.

Please disconnect the power cord from the computer, press & hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Connect the power cord back in & start the computer.
Check if there is Dell logo displayed. Try to run a hardware diagnostic by following this link http://bit.ly/2fJuGXB
Check in bios to see if the hard drive is getting detected.
Click on my Dell username & send a private message with the exact model of the computer, service tag, registered name & email address.
