Windows 10, mSATA, DBAR

Any help would be appreciated. I have successfully installed an mSATA SSD in my XPS 2710 and installed Windows 10. I purchased Dell Backup and Recovery Premium (DBAR) and installed it, but it does not provide most of the premium features since it tells me it is unable to create a recovery partition or create a system backup. How can I get help with this problem? Thank you.

You need a clean install of Windows 10 on your mSATA SSD see here:

Once you have the clean install and the system drivers and additional 3rd party software you want in the factory image follow the instructions here:
