support assist can't be installed

I have dell G3 about 5 months less now it has so much problem with software such as supportassist. as you know this software suddenly won't recognize my laptop when i want to run analyze on your web. when i uninstall it with clean uninstall on your youtube channel, the supportassist keep installing forever and not done yet... can you make a good software?
