Can't open my apps

I just bought a Alienwear X51 like 2 weeks ago had have hat it for just over 24 hours and now i can open any of the apps the Windows 8. Not even the store one. they all just close back to the start window. there still running but i cant open the window to look at them.

Please Help!!
