Hey , you can have mine, purchased from Dell and it does not have English install, go figure Dell. Every language under the sun but all foreign
to me

The actual Windows 8.1 Home 64-bit can be downloaded at Microsoft, with the activation of Windows provided by your computer but not the hard drive so don't worry.
Similar to Dell, a Windows downloader per your choices is downloaded to actually create the Windows image. No Dell unique partitions would be created however.
Drivers for Windows 8.1 should be on Drivers and Downloads page for your system.
