I need win8 OEM disk for my DELL inspiron 3521 touchscreen laptop.(my system crashed)
My inspiron 3521 OS win8 crashed,and I forgot to backup it. I want to have a DELL Win8 OEM disk to reinstall it.How can I download it ?I hear that I can get a free disk from dell,but I am abroad now ,so I want to download it via internet.:emotion-15:

You cannot download the Dell OEM Windows 8.0/8.1 .iso from Dell or Microsoft despite the idea being one of the most popular on IdeaStorm.
