My External speakers not working
I my laptop model is Dell Ispiron 15 3542, while playing the movie the laptop inbuilt speakers are working but sound is very low, hence i buy the 2.0 havit speakers but it is not working in my laptop.
How to resolve this problem.

Thank you for writing to us!
We would suggest you check with a different pair of speakers.
Also check if you can hear the sound when you plug in the headset .Since the in build speakers are working fine there shouldn't be a problem with the speakers.
You could update the audio drivers.
