Recovery
Hello , i have asked for a Windows 8 Recovery media to reinstall the windows.
After updating to Windows8.1 i was unsatisfied and formated then installed a genuine Windows 7 Pro , now after recieveing the recovery media i tried installing the windows 8 , and i got the following error :
The product key entered does not match any of the windows images available for installation. Enter a different product key.
What should i do to fix this ?

Hi Akram,
I will be glad to help you. Assuming that you are using a Dell OEM windows 8 operating system disc on a Dell computer the product key should not be prompted. However, since the prompt appears request you to send me the system service tag via private message. I will check and see what can be done.
To send a private message, click on my user name and select start conversation.
