Windows 8 Drivers for inspiron 5520 with 7670m Graphics availability??
when will the windows 8 drivers will be provided to dell inspiron 5520m with 7670m switchable graphics. in my drivers download page there is drop down menu that shows windows 8 64 bit, but doesnt include anything. is it going to be like this forever or DELL is actually going to provide the windows 8 driver for this laptop??

Hi sanjan piya,
Dell would be releasing the drivers for all the laptops that are compatible with Windows 8 before its general availability.

there are some drivers listed after 24th october, but still while trying to download it gives error.

Hi - Windows 8th is now generally available but when I search the support site there is no driver listed when I select the option for Windows 8 downloads. When will this driver be available?

No, not the wireless driver - the switchable graphics controller driver. I don't see that at the link you've provided.

Can you please add your vote to this poll here
Also please state your model and location.
I want to highlight this issue to Dell who arte stating to me their drivers and downloads service is working properly.
Any feedback for issues you've experienced add as comments at the bottom of the poll.

Hi
I have a dell Inspiron 15R (5510 series) with AMD switchable graphics. The drivers which you highlighted do not properly install the switchable graphics management system on Windows 8. My understanding is that at this time there is no such driver available - which is not acceptable. I am in Canada if that is relevant.
