Windows 8 crashes when ever i update
If i update windows 8, system gets into automatic recovery while restarting ..... its inspiron 14z 5423... always i need to reinstall the OS....

Hi,
Welcome to the community
I recommend that you run diagnostics first, restart the computer, on Dell logo keep tapping F12. Choose diagnostics and post back error codes. If all test passed, problem could be on Operating System.
Let me know of the results.

Hi, how do you reinstall OS? Thru Reset or Refresh Feature? I think there is a corruption within the Recovery Partition.

Yes, after the fresh installation, I update it, and while restarting it gets into blue screen saying "your pc ran into some problems"

It came with windows 8, i got the problem fixed, once i configured my iSRT, it work's fine ..... And thanks for ur support.
