XPS8500 does not go to sleep
Hi,
Recently, my computer XPS 8500 does not go to sleep after the setting time period. Only the monitor is turned off while the computer is still on I have check the steps from below link:

It does not work.
When I press the sleep keyboard button, it shuts down, not sleep, the computer. It is very annoying. Could you help me? Thanks,

Hi,
I run Powercfg -energy command. It gives the following error message. Could you help me how I can do to make sleep works again?
