unable to open the website
i bought dell inspiron 3521 few days back. when i try to make the payment through the website www.billdesk.com the page is not loading. But the same page is loading in other laptops. please help me to solve the issue

Welcome to the community
Have you tried using a different browser? Mozilla or Chrome? Try to delete cookies and cache and try the page again. If no go, you can reset the settings of Internet Explorer. Check under Tools then Internet Options.

What type of security are you using on that computer? Could it be that a recent update, as a security measure, is blocking access to any sites dealing with financial transactions?
