windows 8 DVD

Hi I was upgrading from windows 8 on my Inspiron  to 8.1

My laptop did not work as it was suppose to I had a problem with the screen it was getting striped after awhile from using the laptop so I need to get back to windows 8 how do I do that

how can I get a windows 8  copy I do have the product key all I need is a genuine copy
