Windows 8 and Windows 10 shutdown to bring up troubleshooting mode/System Restore

Copy the text between the lines and past them to Notepad

C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe -o -r -t 0

Save the document as shutdown.cmd

 

 

Then Right Click on it and it will shutdown Windows and on restart, will bring up the troubleshooting mode.
