Backup Dell-Installed Programs - Error Messages

Running Windows 2000.  I get this message periodically that says:
The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-Rom or other removable disk that is not available.  Insert the Backup Dell-Installed Programs disk and click ok.
Once I do that then I can run the affected program (which is usually the automated scan for the beta version of MS or the program Spyblaster).  I also find this message surfaces after a shutdown by CleanUp.
The message also says to verify or try to find the installation package DellBckp.msi in a folder from which you can install the product Backup Dell-installed program.
I searched for C:\WINNT\System32\DellBckp.msi and the search comes up empty.   I also checked the Add/Remove Programs and have the following entries:
    Backup Dell-Installed Programs 1.48MB
    Dell Solution Center 1.56MB
    Dell Support Introduction  912KB
    Dell Touch 1.73MB
Should I delete the backup of Dell-installed programs in the add/remove programs section and reinstall it again from the application disk?
Can someone shed some light here?  I contacted Dell Chat but lost connectivity three times.  Thanks.
