Blue Screen after disable DEP on Dell Inspiron 1525

I have a Dell Notebook Inspiron 1525 and I need to disable DEP for one OCX run without problems.
When I disable DEP (bcdedit ... always off) occurs "Blue Screen" after computer restart.
When I disable NX option in BIOS occurs "Blue Screen".
Hardware verification don't show me any hardware problem.
To confirm this situation I reinstall Windows Vista and immediately disable DEP (bcdedit). The problem occurs again.
I read many similar problems in http://www.dellcommunity.com/supportforums/board/message?board.id=Tech_Talk_XPS_Laptop&message.id=28518&query.id=123908#M28518
Please, I appreciate any help.
Thanks.

I apreciatte your help but...

I need disable DEP completely so I use bcdedit /set nx=alwaysoff.

After this windows don't start anymore. I need reinstall Windows Vista.

Imediatelly after reinstall Vista I use bcdedit /set nx=alwaysoff again and the problem occurs again.

I try disable NX bit option in BIOS and the same problem occurs.

I try disabe NX bit option (BIOS) and bcdedit /set nx=alwaysoff (Vista) and the problem occurs.

If I disable NX bit option (BIOS) and reinstall Windows Vista the setup freeze at language option screen.

Regards.
