Cannot Download Drivers-it asks for a Set-Up Password.
I am trying to download drivers for my Dell Optiplex GX270 with WIndows XP-SP3 MIcrosoft Office 2003 but am unable to do so because it asks for a set-ip password.
What is this?
I am logged on as the administrator on my computer.
What should I do?
Please help.
Thank you.

On the Drivers and Download page I have inputted my Service tag to get the drivers for my computer,
I click on the driver I want to download, and see
Download Selector
Choose Download Method
Single file-download
Use download Manager
No matter which method I choose, single file or download manager, when I attempt to run the driver, I get a message in a blue bordered box that says,
“Please enter the set-up password to
proceed with the flash”
What is this set-up password and where do I get it?
