Create Recovery media option
When I run 'Create Recovery Media' it starts and then displays an error IDS_ERR-040 and the clock just runs round and round.
Have re-installed "My Dell"
Any ideas?

Hi Mias,
The Dell Backup and Recovery application seems to be corrupted. I would advise you to reinstall the Dell Backup and Recovery application on the system using the link below and check if you are able to recreate the disc.
