Its suspect that your drive has failed. To verify run the Dell diagnostics, see Running Dell Diagnostics page 412 in my Windows Reinstallation Guide and Related Wikies:

I can see my drive from diskpart command, but its in offline status. Dell diagnostics was performed all tests were passed. I can see the drive on BIOS as well.

You haven't by any chance changed the SATA operation of the drive?

I selected Windows repair option from boot menu, selected language and proceed further, next dialog box opens there i could not see my HDD information, then i clicked on Load driver, here i am not sure which driver to select. Please guide.

Leave the setting on AHCI and attempt to clean install Windows, load the extracted Intel SATA Driver from a USB when installing...
See Windows Reinstallation Guide/A Clean Install of Windows 7 which goes into more detail:
http://philipyip.wordpress.com/dell-community-forums/
Step 6 for the information on the SATA drivers.
There is a section which goes into recovering data using a Linux live CD/DVD/USB such as Fedora (Page 416), I would advise trying this to recover any data prior to performing the clean install.
In case your problem has been caused by Malware I would advise carrying out the optional Step 7a in A Clean install of Windows 7 as DBAN will wipe the drive completely.
