Dell Driver reset tool log: what does Status degraded mean?

I ran the Dell driver reset tool on my XPS 630. It produces a file, logtest.txt, which basically lists all the items in device manager, with some info on each.

All the items show 'this device is operating properly'. Most show 'status OK', but a bunch (some srvices) show 'status degraded'. Anyone know what that means? As far as I know everything is working fine.
