Dell Inspiron 15 Correct password did not recognize, worst language is in hebrew

Hi, Good day! 

Please help!  This is was purchased 3 years ago in Israel.  The language was already in English however out of nowhere, it returned to Hebrew again.   Worst, I cant log-in anymore, I've enter correct password numerous times. Upon translating hebrew to english "password is incorrect, try again".  Please help.

Dlsoroan,

You will need to have a password reset disk or reinstall Windows. Dell has no generic passwords that will help you get into Windows. You can also search the internet for password recovery software. Dell can only help with resetting bios passwords.
