Dell OptiPlex GX270
I have a friend who encountered his screen turning blue with a message that gave him a option to restart or go into safe mode however, it happen a few times and he only rebooted.
Now when he turns on the computer the screen stays black and the Modem light is no longer green it is Amber
Are there any suggestions as to what can be done to fix the problem so that I can walk him through it?
He has a Dell OptiPlex GX270

He *may* get away with booting into Safe Mode, and doing a System Restore to the lest date before these problems started happening?
Or he may have to do a 'Repair' install - for which there are plenty of guides. Google (i.e.) 'Repair Install'.
