Dell Recovery Manager Error "Failed to initialize reporter: Cannot open database requested by the login. Login Failed"
I keep getting this error when trying to do an online restore, "Failed to initialize reporter: Cannot open database requested by the login. Login Failed." What can I do to resolve this issue? We are running Management Console 3.0 Version 6.3 (Build 9600).

We have discovered, that if we uncheck the Generate reports while trying to run the online restore, that it will work. We are unsure yet what exactly is causing the issue, but unchecking Generate Report allows us to move forward and complete the process.
