Do Dell computers come with a windows disk
I got an xps desktop back in 2014 and cant remember if I got a windows disk with it or not? I would like to get a larger hard drive and replace the one I currently have.

Dell's no longer ship with physical installation media. You can upgrade to the latest version of Dell Backup and Recovery and make Recovery Media using a 16 GB USB flash drive. See here:

However your best course of action is take your free upgrade to Windows 10 TH2 and directly performing a clean installation on your SSD. Update your BIOS and amend the settings for UEFI and SecurreBoot. See here:
