Error : C000021a
Hi actually i have a Precision 380 and whe I turn on my computer boots perfectly, shows the flag of windows xp and after that mark the following error, STOP: C000021a { serious system error } the windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xC0000142 (0x00000000 0x00000000 ) the system has shut down and try the fixboot, chkdisk and I could not fix my problem, which may be the solution to my problem? I try not to format it for some settings I have in it. Thank you.

What happens if you boot in Safe Mode? Reboot and press F8 before Windows starts to load. Select Safe Mode with Networking from the menu. If you get to the desktop, something loading at startup is the problem.
If Safe Mode doesn't work either, reboot and again press F8 before Windows starts to load. Select "Last known good" from the menu. If it boots to the desktop, shut down normally and reboot normally. That should fix it.
