How can I download Windows 7?
Microsoft won't let me download Win 7 for my Dell laptop. So I downloaded Dell's OS Recovery Tool. However, it says "there is no system image for this device" or something like that. So can't download here either. Is there anything I can do other than buying a new copy?
And companies are shocked that people download pirate versions...
I don't know if it's relevant but I have Windows 10 on that computer and I want to install Windows 7 (64 bit) together with it. If that's not possible, then I want to downgrade Windows 10 to Windows 7.

First, it is important that the OS your system originally came with since that would be the Image, if it were provided.
Also, support for Win 7 ends in January. That being the case, downloads, which were never easy to find, may have been removed.
Some newer Dell systems may not support Win 7. One the site I usually buy stuff, only Win 10 is available, not even Win 8.1.. Although you could probably find a copy somewhere...eBay seems to have it.. I am not recommending you go that way..

Dual Booting is not possible.
Downgrade is not allowed for HOME versions of windows 7.
Windows 7 dies in April 2020. New copies are no longer allowed to be sold.
