How can I make a USB Flash Memory (model no. #SM9FLAU) as startup disk
My Dell Computer has not a floppy drive, but has a flash memory .How can I make the flash memory as a Windows 98 startup disk .

I'm not sure that's possible. Can you tell us specifically what model computer you have.
