How can I reinstall Office 2007 after Win 7 restore?

If Office was on the laptop before Win 10 and you did a basic upgrade, it will still be there. Go to the File Manager and look under PROGRAMS to see if Office is listed. If you did a clean install, it will be gone.

It seems all the official download links to Office 2007 are now removed and users are instead redirected to buy Office 265:

Windows re-installation would erase all the data and software on the computer. If you have the Microsoft Office 2007 product key, you can download it from the following link and re-install:

I did not do a clean install. I don't find File Manager I do find Microsoft Office with four more folders, including Office12, under program files. Is that it? Where / what is the install file?
