How to show pictures in IE

Can someone tell me what I can do so I can allow pictures to be visible in Internet Explorer. I can see the most of the pictures but sometimes I only see the red kross. I have Norton Internet Security and there I can allow Norton to show pictures in my e-mails but this is something else, this is about IE. Maybe some Active X controll or something else? Does someone have a hint? I don't know where to search.

Try this:
Click Tools, then Internet Options, and then click the Delete Files button.

A Delete Files window will appear. Select the option to Delete all offline content, and then click OK.

Click Settings and reduce the size of your cache to, say, 50 to 100 MB.

On the Advanced tab, make sure that Show Pictures is checked under Multimedia section. If you make a change, click Apply and OK.

I tried with your tips but I already had Show pictures checked. So I don't think it helped. I'll see if the problem appeares again. Most of the pictures I see, it's only sometimes it happens that I dont see them. Haven't figured out what kind of pictures but I think its some Active X controlls, I dont know. But thanks for your tips!
