If needed, how do I order a OEM or retail replacement windows 7 sp1 cd from Microsoft at no charge? Hopefully, the updated recovery disk I get will fix the issue with windows update.  This issue is windows update 7 sp1 won’t connect. I even tried the hidden administration mode. I even uninstalled the firewall. I also disabled the windows firewall. I did scan my system for spyware & viruses none found. It is a known issue at Microsoft, the Microsoft fix-it program didn’t work.
