Inspiron 5402 blue screen

In the past few days, my dell Inspiron's screen went to blue and displays a message "Your pc ran into some problem need to restart....." and I need to force shut my laptop after getting this blue screen error because the booting process freezes at 0%.

Can anyone help me out.

Hi @david00, past few days ago one of my friend was also getting the same problem, we're able to fix this error from this post. Check this blog on video scheduler error and try to fix it.

I found my new dell 5402 was blue screen crashing  (The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000006, ) when it was entering or resuming from sleep mode.  I pulled the memory.dmp into the debug tools and identified the goodix fingerprint driver was a factor.  I have disabled the device and fingers crossed it's sleeping properly again.  Dell, please investigate.
