In the past few days, my dell Inspiron's screen went to blue and displays a message "Your pc ran into some problem need to restart....." and I need to force shut my laptop after getting this blue screen error because the booting process freezes at 0%.
I found my new dell 5402 was blue screen crashing (The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000006, ) when it was entering or resuming from sleep mode. I pulled the memory.dmp into the debug tools and identified the goodix fingerprint driver was a factor. I have disabled the device and fingers crossed it's sleeping properly again. Dell, please investigate.
