Inspiron 560 - Can I downgrade from 64-bit Windows to 32-bit?

We purchased the Inspiron 560 with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit a couple of years ago.  Right away I found that one piece of old software (FoxPro 2.6) would not work because it is a 16-bit program.  So I am currently running Windows XP in a VirtualBox just to run that ONE program.

I know that FoxPro runs fine in Windows 7 32-bit.

Now I know this is strange but is there any way I can downgrade to 32-bit Windows 7?  My computer came with no Windows DVDs but I did make system restore disks right away when we bought it.  The problem is I'm pretty sure this would just restore to 64-Bit.

I understand that I would have to wipe the system and I'm OK with that.  I'm just tired of having to go into VirtualBox for that one program.  It's one that I have to use daily.

Bulkhedd,

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

You will need to format and reinstall Windows 7-32 bit. You can fill out the online backup disk request form below to request a 32 bit windows 7 disk from Dell.

Follow my wiki; A Clean Install of Windows and Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Downloads.

Use a 32 bit Windows 7 .iso for reinstallation.
