Ispiron 15R 5520 AMD HD 7670M Drivers not working on Windows 8.1

The AMD Radeon HD 7670M graphics card driver for windows 8.1 pro 64-bit on my Inspiron 15R 5520 is not working. I tried the new drivers on Dell website, but the drivers are still not working. This problem started after upgrading to Windows 8.1 from Windows 8. The Intel HD 4000 drivers seem to be working fine. But the AMD drivers are not. Please help.....

Dell Drivers and Downloads is outdated and Dell have not updated it yet. The Dell FTP website has Windows 8.1 compatible versions:

The drivers I tried to install were from the FTP website and for some reason the AMD drivers don't work properly. The drivers I tried to install were for Windows 8.1. Could it be that the new drivers are faulty?

Uninstall any AMD drivers or Catalyst Control Centre already present on your system, restart your computer and then try again.

Also try updating the driver via Device Manager if the installer fails.

Hey,

I found this website very helpful:
http://www.microsoftlivesupport.com

You need not sit and search for the fixes. Most of the issues are resolved for free and they don't push you for sales unless a maintenance is required.

You can chat with them by clicking on the chat button and they resolve the issues in minutes by taking your computer remotely.

They are my local technicians as they charge you very less than other local technicians and remote support services.
