LATITUDE D 505 : How to clear a light showing next to the 'start' button

Hi SOALAN,

The 3 lock lights beside power button on the laptop are Num Lock. Caps Lock, Scroll Lock. Check the image below:

1. Num Lock light: This light shows that number keys on the laptop are enabled. To Switch of this light press the “Num Lock” button on the keyboard.
2. Caps Lock light: This lock light enables the alphabets to be typed in Upper case. To switch of this light press the “Caps Lock” button on the keyboard.
3. Scroll Lock light: This lock light is used to enable/disable the scroll feature of a page. To Switch of this light press the “Scroll Lock” button on the keyboard.
