Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 update KB917283 (fixed)
Anyone have this security update fail. I also downloaded the file from Micrsoft and it still failed. on the automatic update page the file shows the download size 0kb, 0 minutes.
FIX
i uninstalled framework 2.0 then reinstalled it and the security update installed with no problem.
