Missing my Icon

I upgraded from Vista to 7 Home Premium.  The icon that was at the left bottom which puts my open windows into a flip mode is no longer there and since I don't even know what this little program is called I cannot do a search.

Can you help me find it and remember how to use it?

Yes it is included with Windows 7. It's called Aero Flip 3D and can be access by pressing the Windows key plus Tab.What isn't included is Quick Launch toolbar that had the icon for the Desktop. There are 3rd party utilities that will recreate it, but it's not necessary with Pin to the Taskbar feature in win 7.
