Must have had virus. McAfee found issues and fix. My Pictures, Music, Documents hidden.

Must have had virus. McAfee found issues and fix. My Pictures, Music, Documents hidden. I did go and select to show hidden file. When I go to look at them they show somewhat grayed out, but can open. Music plays etc. But still seem to be in a hidden state. Picasa will not pull the pics in as it should as well. Even my IE favorites are not shown. But when I go to add one back it shows it exits.

How to I get this back to a normal state.
