Hi I have a Dell Latitude E6410 and I can easily say I hate it I have had to restore my computer 3 times and replace the hard drive once already I would have bought a different computer if I would have known this one sucked this bad, but I am trying to restore it to factory settings and I need help with it everything is different since I did it the last couple of times, and I need it for school tomorrow.
You need to install the notebook system utility and the chipset drivers first or the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order
Start with installing the drivers in the correct order and things should start working.

Seems like you have had a bad experience up until now.
As you had to replace my hard drive, then you likely will have to do a manual install. Follow my wiki A Clean Install of Windows for best results.
