How do I turn off the voice that says every single thing that my mouse clicks or hovers over?  We changed the batteries in our Dell delivered mouse (Inspiron all in one computer, 2013) and now a robot voice describes EVERY SINGLE THING that mouse sees, points to, hovers over, EVERYTHING!  How do I turn this off? Help!  Beyond irritated.  Thanks.

Hi Erin Evans,

To Turn of the Narrator voice on your system please follow the steps below.

1. Open control panel
2. Click on Optimize visual display under Ease of Access
3. Uncheck turn on narrator
4. Click on apply
5. Restart system

Steps are given below- 

In Windows 10, press Windows logo key + Ctrl + Enter on your keyboard. 
On the sign-in screen, select the Ease of access button in the lower-right corner, and turn on the toggle under Narrator.
Go to Settings > Ease of Access > Narrator,and then turn on the toggle under Use Narrator.
