Not installing Windows Updates

What started out as trying to resolve why the latest version of iTunes was not updating, ended up with trying to determine why my Dell XPS8 5000 Desktop PC does not install Windows updates any more.

I'm running Windows 8.1.

When searching for updates and then confirming to install, I receive the Some Updates were not installed Error.  Error Code 80041154  (I can't paste the screen shot, but I suspect it's a common one)

The 'get help option' provided on the error screen does not resolve it either.

Please no technical responses.  I do not want to run command line prompts or stuff around with a 50 step process.

This should not be that difficult, but at least the PC is still under warranty.

The iTunes issue is still outstanding.
