Outlook express closes on click of reply or send button
Hi,
I can't send out e-mail in outlook express (Windows Vesta), When I begin to reply to a message, the cursor freezes, and Windows closes down outlook express. New session of internet explorer is opening But, the problem continues, even after restarting the system many times.
Operating System: Windows vesta,
Software Version: 7.0
Product Name: DELL STUDIO

Did you get any error message(s) or error codes – may help?
Don’t know if OE auto Compacting folders has been interrupted whilst still running?
Could be a damaged/missing Folders.dbx file, see MS KB article 233264
Have you checked your security software settings associated with e-mail blocking/filtering?
Had a similar problem a few years ago but it wasn’t Security software settings, it was a software compatibility issue (conflict between actual AV application & Windows OS), so had to uninstall the AV software
