In January 2016, Microsoft announced that it would end support of Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 on Skylake processors effective July 17, 2017. Windows 10 is the only Microsoft Windows platform officially supported on all future Intel CPU microarchitectures beginning with Kaby Lake.
Furthermore 32 BIT WINDOWS support is also ended. ONLY 64 BIT drivers are available from NVIDIA, ATI, INTEL, Qualcomm, ETC.
