Reinstall Windows 7 back after Windows 10
Hi,
It too late to backup to WIndows 7 so I want to re install Windows 7. I have no disc but I have the Product-key , I'm not within warranty.
It is an Alienware M17XR2, how can I do ?

Thank you for writing to us!
Logon to the Microsoft website download the windows 7 Image,since you have the Product Key you can perform a clean installation.

Hi,
Thank you for the answer.
I tried that but Microsoft said my "Product key is from a pre-installed Windows please contact the firm".
I also try this : www.restoredisks.com/findrestoredisk.aspx
but for X51 R2 and I have a M17 R2.
Do you have any other solution ?
