Restore Recovery Drive D

I am using a Dimension E520 with Vista.  I accidentally started a backup onto Recovery Drive D (and not my external drive!), which filled up pretty quick.  Now I want to "unfill" it.  Which files do I delete and which must stay? And is there an easy way to do this?

Thanks!

please visit www.computerhelp.co.in and under articles under vista you will find an article how to clear when D Drive is full.

Check creation date of the folders on that drive, keep the ones created before you ran your backup utility.

Hi tcwelch, The folders that you need in the D Restore are,

Dell,

Program Files,

Sources,

Tools,

Users,

Windows.

All other files are not needed, i would recomend that you move them into an usb drive, or move them to your C drive, then burn them to disc.
